My work as a Private Chef in Umbria starts exactly here: stepping into the places you love, listening to what inspires you, and turning it into a custom-designed menu prepared directly in your kitchen.
The service is created for couples, families and small groups seeking a special moment during their stay — an elegant dinner, a private celebration, an anniversary or simply a more intimate way to discover the flavors of Umbria.
Local ingredients, contemporary technique
My cuisine moves between tradition and creativity. Umbria offers extraordinary raw materials — extra virgin olive oil, black truffle, wild herbs, artisanal cheeses and exceptional local meats — all selected from small producers in the region.
Every dish is born from a double focus: on one hand, the genuineness of seasonal local products; on the other, the elegance of contemporary techniques that turn a dinner into a sensory experience.



How the Private Chef service works
The process is simple and fully personalized:
1. Consultation & custom menu design
Tell me about your style, your preferences and the atmosphere you're looking for.
I create 2–3 tailored menu proposals inspired by Umbrian flavors, easily adaptable for vegetarian, gluten-free or plant-based needs.
2. Ingredient selection
I personally select every product, choosing only seasonal ingredients and trusted local suppliers. In many cases I bring herbs, vegetables or specialties directly from my own garden or from small artisans.
3. Cooking in your villa
I arrive with everything needed — ingredients, tools, mise en place — and prepare each dish directly in your villa’s kitchen.
As guests, you don’t have to worry about anything.
4. Table service or family-style
Depending on the mood of the evening, I can offer an elegant plated service or a more relaxed, convivial family-style dinner, ideal for gatherings with friends.
5. Complete kitchen cleanup
At the end of the service, I leave the kitchen exactly as I found it: clean and tidy, so you can enjoy the rest of your evening without any concern.
